Arrival by Train
train passengers will be picked up by request from Passau Train Station
rides to & from the station costs €35 per car (minimum stay 3 nights)
with stays of 10 nights or more, rides to & from the station are free of charge

Pets:
even though we love dogs, regrettably we cannot allow bringing your four-legged friends
into the restaurant out of consideration for our other guests
In the apartment “Nestwärme,” however, dogs ARE allowed - for this, we charge €5 per
day (this does not include food)

Cancellations
4 weeks prior to arrival, no cancellation fee
if over 10 days to arrival, there will be a cancellation charge of 20%
when under 10 days to arrival, there will be a cancellation charge of 60%
for late arrivals and early departures, 60% of the complete booking cost will be retained
to avoid cancellation fees, we recommend the inclusion of Travel Cancellation
Insurance

Active Extras
bikes are available for leisurely bike tours, rental fee €14 per day, €8 per half-day
boats for pedaling or rowing can be rented on our lake shore just off our doorstep

how the weather is at that time
